Light Size
How do you calculate the size of a light after traveling 2000 meters?
Say that we find the diameter of the signal bat in the sky. If you know the light moves around 2000 meters, and the spot diameter is 1.5 meters, how do you calculate the diameter of the signal in the sky? Thank you!
Well I think you need to know the angle that light leaves the scene, if you know, just treat it as a triangle, but naturally, without interference from the air, just the fact that light travels does not necessarily mean that it spread (ignoring the interference of waves.)
