Tuna Trolling
Does anyone know what a good trolling for tuna reel under $ 100?

The former would watch the Penn 113H (4 / 0). I see it on sale now for 99.99 at http://www.pennfishingstore.com/penn-113h-reel.html $ (Regular price is $ 20 more) and I'm sure you could match or beat that price if you shopped around a bit. It's a good old Drag Star, a coil-speed but it is quite difficult. I have one that I bought in 1983 which still works fine (even if I replaced some parts and a large number of drag washers over the years). I caught red and yellowfin to 80 pounds or so with it. I fish with 50 pound line, usually casting Live Bait (sardines or mackerel), but it would be good for a reel of trolling light.
